Our meeting spaces are available based on availability and scheduling needs within our regular building hours — Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (If you need access outside these hours, please note that in the form and we’ll discuss options.)

We’re happy to make the space available at no charge. If you’d like to contribute, we appreciate freewill donations to help support our mission. In return, we kindly ask for 10 minutes on your agenda to share our work with you and your guests.

We ask that all groups be respectful of the fact that this is an active work environment and that staff will be working in adjacent areas during your visit.

You are welcome to bring in your own food or arrange catering with prior approval. We have free coffee, a Coca-Cola vending machine ($0.50 per can), and a filtered water and ice machine for you to use.

When available, groups may include a facility tour or full presentation as part of their visit.
