STAR 102.5’s Combat Hunger has one mission: to help the Food Bank of Iowa provide meals for Iowans in need. Over the years, Combat Hunger, presented by American Equity Investment Life Insurance, has provided millions of meals through food drives all across Central Iowa. Funds raised helps Food Bank of Iowa purchase their most-needed items for a fraction of the cost at a grocery store.
